30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at DerriusDoughrity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Items missing original packaging
