30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email info@luvara.org with your order number and reason for return. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Items That May Not Be Eligible
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Used items or items not in their original condition, unless the issue is due to a defect
- Items missing original packaging
